OMG Don, what a damn mess, I cant believe my eyes, Im glad I cant smell it.....

 

The only reason we'll get off cheaper, is we will do all the labor ourselves. The LLC will pay us back for this one by taking the money we bill them for off one of the buildings I've bought at the base. They aren't out any cash, and we get a good amount off my building...A win win for us both!

 

I'm just glad it still freezing around here. We get 105-110 deg here in the summer. I don't even want to think what it would smell like then......

 

Times like these, it would be great to use the ultimate cleanser................fire.

 

It's the house right next to mine. I really don't want to burn it down.........

30 days from now I'll post the pics of what it looks like after we're done.

 

Glad I never had to repair...........just scoop, secure, and monitor.

 

I wish I had somebody else to do the cleanup. The real money, is in the repair.
