How to shorten track width 1994 F150

Ok guys new here. I am trying to do the oposite of what most people try to do and shorten the track width of a 1994. I have a 1952 body i want to use with this and the front track width is to wide. any suggestions?

Have you looked at using a different platform - maybe a Ranger, or is that too small? I would think if you broadened your choice of donors - not even sticking to Ford products - you could probably find something that matched your width requirement.

Not the answer you wanted I realize - just my 3 cents....

Yeah I know there are other options but this is what i already have. Can get offset wheels but need another inch or two. Is there any rotor that doesnt have such a tall hat, or smaller spindle etc. Even thought abought contacting djm and seeing if they can make me a shortened I beam(dream beam). I know guys put f150 beams on rangers. Is it possible to do the reverse? I would like to make the f150 platform work if at all possible.

I understand the thinking - been there myself - usually realize once I'm too far down the road that it wasn't the best choice.

Are you thinking you can leave the frame as-is and just change the suspension, or would the frame need to have a chunk cut out?

Its already been chopped down to the correct lenght. Firewall has been recessed to compensate for the 302. Aod and linkage and power break booster etc all in place. Body is on the frame already thats why I would like to use what I have. Plus I think using an S10 frame is un acceptable. I cringe when I see a SBC in a Ford. Dont quite get it...302 and 351 are plentifull and cheap!

Ah, didn't realize you were already "steps" down the path. And yes, I also cringe when I see a "foreign" power plant in a Ford. There's a guy who's been trying to sell a Mopar-powered early 60's F100 on eBay for some time now - if he keeps the reserve where it's been at, he'll be buried in it.

Somehow for me though, a Ford body with a Ford drivetrain, plopped atop some other frame wouldn't be nearly as offensive.

Any way, I've not provided any real info for you here - hopefully someone else can. FWIW, I've considered getting a clean '65/6 F100 body to drop on my '91 frame - I think that can be done with much less drama than what you're contemplating.
