F-250 Steel Rims

Why is it so hard to find steel rims for an F-250

I have chrome 20" rims now and want to go to 20" steel rims because Iam blacking out the truck. Black bumpers and such.

I have tried to search for:

- F-250 steel rims
- 2006 F-250 steel rims
- 7on150 steel rims
- 7on150 Ford F-250 steel rims

Can't find anything

I have steel 17s and those things are HEAVY I would not want to see 20s. Why do you want steel? are you going to beat on them that hard?

There are 18" steel rims that do exist, with LT275/70R18 tires mounted on them from the factory. Not quite the 20 inch rims you're looking for, closer to it than 17 inch rims. What do you intend on doing with your existing rims?

Not sure why you are searching for 7 bolt wheels? All Super Duty's are 8 on 170 besides the F450's and bigger.

Thanks for setting me straight on the lug pattern. Honestly I don't know what I was thinking there............geesh.

I guess I can blame it on old age LOL !!

I honestly thought about downsizing from 20" to 18" and I might just do that.

I will do a little mire research

Thanks again guys

Steel wheels

I have most parts needed for black out and have my eye on a set of steel 16" which is the size that came on my truck. The comment on added weight leads me to ask what the result might be.
Has anyone here used a "Black Chrome" treatment? How about some feedback? The look appeals to me for wheels and if it works,I'm shure some would use it for other chrome to save money.

Powder coating works. We had a set on a work truck that took a bloody beating in mud and gravel and it clung on to them almost flawlessly.
