2 fuel issues on F53 with a V-10
I have a 2006 Class A MH with a F53 chassis with a V10. It has 7500 miles on it. I have 2 different or same fuel issues: 1) the fuel gauge reads full all of the time when running, but goes to E when you shut it off; 2) the gas tank releases a lot of air pressure when you remove the gas cap. Are they related or 2 separate issues? Before I got it the Ford dealer replaced the Brake ECU since the ABS lite wouldn't go out and the MH dealer replaced the filler hose. I'm taking it back this week, but would like to have an idea of what's going on. The MH seems to run great.

Did you check all the hoses/ vent hose going from the fill neck to make sure you don't have a kink some where. Does seem strange that a vehicle with so few miles would be having the issue your having other than the fact that the camper part was added onto the chassis of the truck. If the dealer changed the fill neck once all the more reason to look, for all you know that guy was working at a burger joint the day before and now hes a mechanic on your truck.

I would look for damaged hoses/wires during construction. You can see the top and sides of the gas tank. Underneath sit up in front of the rear axle looking back you should be able to see the top of the gas tank. The gas tank evaporative system is probably not working causing the gas cap air pressure release.
