Can I use the Toyota power steering box with C4 corvette suspension on my 1955 f100
Hi Everyone,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>

I'm upgrading my 1955 f100 suspension to C4 corvette IFS and IRS using Flat Out Engineering kits. I would also like to upgrade to power steering using the 79-84 Toyota 4x4 power steering box conversion kit. Does anyone know if there is a kit with a pitman arm that will go from the Toyota steering box and connect to the C4 power steering rack?<o></o>
<o> </o>
Are there any other alternative solutions I should consider.<o></o>

The Corvette IFS uses just the power steering rack and pinion unit for steering control. You won't need a steering box of any kind at all. You'll just use an intermediate shaft and a couple u-joints to directly couple your steering column to the new rack and pinion. The Toyota box is really only useful with the original straight axle and leaf spring suspension and steering.
