Ok so my windshield washer and wipers cycle 1 round every time i turn the ignition on. Also periodically when i turn my blinker on. So i pulled the wiper fuse cause i was sick of the wipers screeching and my glow plugs wouldn't heat up. I am confused. What would my wipers and glow plugs have in common?
