I'm wondering if anyone can help Me with My 2003 F150 Harley Davidson Crew Cab Truck ???, it is in very very nice totally original condition with the exception of the right hand drive conversion and has done only 20,000 miles,,, I would like to Improve The Torque and The Horse Power,,, is there a reliable-credable supplier of "A Bolt On Kit" ???, if so w=who are they ad what do they include in their Kit ???, Cheers and Best Regards I'm looking forward to Your replies Graeme, Melbourne, Australia...
a proven recipe for the '99-'04 Lightning / '02-'03 Harley trucks is:
oil seperator
6-8# of additional boost (depending on owner and tuners comfort, fuel available etc)
a larger MAF or MAFia
CAI (JLT is the cheapest one that works quite well)
valve body in the transmission
blower, plenum and throttle body port
rock solid tune
NGK TR6 spark plugs
or you could simply go for a whipple 2.3, or Kenne Bell 2.6, keep the boost low in place of the ported Eaton and Plenum
