Rear shocks eyebolt play?

Just got new shocks in the rear. While under the truck I can push up and see some play in the lower eyebolt. The bolt is tight but the shock eye moves slightly up and down like its not snug. Is this normal? 1995 F150 4x4. Oh, noticed it with the old shocks too which is why I replaced them in the first place.

Thanks

What shocks did you go with so I know not to order them? You just have to sleeve the bolt with something to take up the space. Take the metal tube out of an old bushing or something.

Its pretty common. I have a buddy with a 2011 and has the same issue with the rear shocks clanking around.
