2013 Ford F150 Max Tow Package Power Mirrors

I have filmed a short video of the 2013 Ford F150 with the Max Tow package mirrors, with approximate measurements.

I hope everyone finds this helpful!

It's too bad that it took Ford all this time to offer these on the F-150's. Very nice option in deed.

When I get a few more miles on the truck I'll pop off the mirror mounting bracket cover and take a picture of the connectors and wiring.

According to the 2013 owners manual, the fuse protection runs through Fuse 44 / 15amp. It is labeled as "Upfitter 3 (SVT Raptor), Trailer
tow power folding mirrors". Fuse 7 is 7.5amp labeled as "Power mirror switch, Memory seat module". Fuse 32 is 15amp "Trailer tow power telescope mirror". Fuse 47 is 15amp labeled "Fog lamps, Exterior mirror turn signals".

Yes, both the driver and passenger side mirrors have convex lower glass and are identical. Only the regular side mirror glass (upper mirror portion) is power adjustable on both sides. The lower spotter glass is manually adjustable on both sides.

That's awesome...that's how tow mirrors should be!

Really something im willing to pay for as they are really wide. I even thought of getting the SD mirrors from a salvage yard to try to make work on the truck?

You're not kidding about needing them in a drivethrough...I miss my power tow mirrors, but, I love my F150 more.

I wonder if they would fit a 2009? I have limited power/heat/light tow ones now so with luck the wiring harness is the same. Went back and looked at the video
and it looks like if the wiring harness is the same I will still have to cut a hole for the new switch. Chris

I have a 2013 Plat SCREW with EB with the Max tow package including the tow mirrors- They fold, extend heat and have marker lights and turn signals Awful nice but big- I fold them in all the time- However- this fully equipped truck has no puddle lights and with the black material on the top of the auto running boards- they are flat hard to see for an old man. Anyone know how to add puddle lights to the mirrors or under the cab ?

There are no blanks on the bottom of the tow mirrors to pop out- Just use the non tow mirror puddle lights and drill it out ?
