52 F6 at estate auction

Saw in the Sunday news today there is an estate auction in Central PA that is all farm machinery and antique tractors and trucks. There is a good looking 1952 Ford F6 for sale. It is a stake body truck w/ 4 spd. trans. & V-8 292 flat head, 2-spd. rear.

The sale is in Bellefonte, PA real close to State College, PA home of Penn State. It is just a few miles off of Interstate 80 in Central PA.

Here is the auctioneers website address: Absolute Estate Auction

Here is a pic of the truck:

I am not crazy about the orange wheels and bumper but it is a nice truck.

I have no connection with this sale, I just want to pass it on.

Other than the orange, a beautiful truck! 292 flathead? No such critter. There are lots of gorgeous trucks there, I love the IH COE

LOL, didn't Ford come out with a Harley Davidson editon a few years ago? Maybe this truck was the inspiration!

The frontal light are fixed in a way that it looks like massive teeth there. Model is renovated somewhat. Guess who is the potential buyer. I've been in a recent truck auction and must say that I can't even remember how many I saw there, ofcourse the mods.

51 and 52 are one of my favorites. I had a 51 f-2 with the original raised panel sides with the bell bottom stake pockets, on a larger bed. That was the highlight of that truck. It was in great condition. The 52 f-5 was a dump truck, unrestored.
