Just picked up the disc brakes set from TSM. They look great, and seem like they will work well. The instructions are terrible (literally 4 lines long total), so I will have to feel my way through another project on this truck!

Poke around, I'm thinking that someone posted their step by step on installing these.

Nice. Thanks, I will. I also heard that you can put them on the rear axles also, just with different spacers.

Sam- I put them on the F3 - it probably depends on your wheel back spacing but I think I used 3 of the 4 spacers they provided - just keep putting the rotor on each time you add or remove a spacer and be sure it clears the bolts. TRS has a video on their site that is not much help but the trail method does not take a lot of time. I also did figure out it is good to bleed the calipers before you attach them to the hub - it just seemed to work better and easier to get at. dave s

What dual master cylinder do you use on a F-3? Is there an adapter to bolt it in the original location?

Kazoo- I had switched to a 5.0 Mustang eng so used that power master cylinder. I had just kept the F3 8 lug wheels and hubs that why I used TSR- since switched the front end to a Jaguar XJS. TSR Mfg may have one on their site. The calipers are basic GM type if I am not mistaken. dave s

Kazoo - i few company have brackets that will let a dual MC mount in the original spot.

Classic Car and Truck Brake, Steering and Suspension Parts

CPP is one of few that sell them.
