Should have fixed that rattle in the Engine!

Ran when parked, oh ya it was blowing a bit of water out the exhaust but other than that it's a good runner!!!

This would work great for anyone thats got a boat, no not as an anchor, to Run it.


You cant see it in this picture but the broken end of the valve stem wore a hole into the exhaust chamber until it hit water, I'm guessing thats about the time they parked it

a little jb weld on the end of your finger to fill in that hole, a new valve, valve seat and you are ready to go.

Well, Actually I was planning on fixing that. Drill and tap a plug in the hole into the water, then cut a new seat, replace valve etc. but I figured I better pull the other head first to make sure I wasn't wasting my time.

and sure enough there was a small crack from cylinder wall to valve pocket. so Now I guess its just a few spare parts for somebody. win some and lose some.

Ah come one....I hear water cooled exhaust can be a good thing

Just mount a huge tank in the bed of the truck and drive like crazy

That cyl wall to valve pocket can be sticthed and sleaved - I have one in line for that
