OEM center caps w/ aftermarket wheels; lugnuts?

does anyone know EXACTLY what type of lugnuts i need to run the factory snap-over-lugnut centercaps with aftermarket wheels? just picked up a set of used wheels with no caps. if i recall, the factory lugs use a 21mm head; will a 13/16 hex head nut w/ a conical seat be what i need?

The type of lugnut will be dictated by the type of wheel. Have you tried to "dry fit" the centercaps? Will they even fit with the contour of the new wheels? You could try to locate some centercaps for the new wheels? I know you didnt ask these things but I wanted to be sure.

they are mickey thompson classic II's. the guy i bought them from had a picture of them with OE center caps on them, so space-wise i know they'll fit.

13/16" should work assuming you get some with the proper length to allow the cap to sit where it should be in relation to the wheel
