Smell under hood.

I have a 2004 PSD EX. I have smell from under the hood after i'm done driving it. It Kinda smells like flowers or a dryer sheet. Just curious where the smell is coming from and if it is normal?

look around the degas bottle, look at the heater controll valve and look at the egr to oil cooler hose.

I will check all those areas. I do keep an eye on the degas bottle for the white residue.

also check and make sure you aren't using your wife's freshly washed dish towel for a shop rag
