I called my father in law he's coming to tow her out to the farm and park it out near the filed till I want to even look at it again . Time to do truck shopping

Failed computer = fuel pumps constantly running at key on

Constantly running fuel pumps = flooding

Flooding + spark = BIG FIRE

In the time it'll take you to tow it over leave it in the field you could pick up a bone yard PCM for it, drive it over to the field.

Don't understand why you're ignoring what's been said, I didn't post till now as didn't figure it help to say the same things others had already pointed out.

The pictures of that computer, unless it just bad pictures you see something we don't? its toast.

You shouldn't have much trouble getting a replacement from a bone yard for around 50 bucks.

If they don't have one on hand almost all junk yards are part of a network, have one shipped in next day.

Have them open it when you get there, have them take the cover off in your presents and inspect it closely. If it looks good take it home put it in place. Based on whats seen here that should correct most all of your issues, at worse be left with little fine tuning.

Odd cracked hose maybe bad wire perhaps a sensor needs replaced but nothing serious.

i am not ignoring whats been said . i came to the fack its the computer . sad part is i put that computer in that truck 2 1/2 years ago and i did get it from ford . and if its going to blow computers that fast there more wrong then meets the eye .. as far as salvage yards are her there is only one loco to me and he don't keep cars that much . cash for clunkers killed it . i am not scraping the truck my father in law owns a body shop so hes going to take it there so i can just start the frame off retro i been planing for awhile . i am just not going to be able to jump right on it . i need a truck as a dd and i can drive with out worry . that is why i am just going to take it out of commission right now ..

thank you every one for the support and helping me trace down what had happen . i know as i start on this project there will be more questions to come
