I bought a pair of Semi front bumpers to modify for use on my Bronco. too good of a deal to pass up for massive heavy duty bumpers. Pics tomorrow, sorry.

Well gator I would be willing to take a dump truck full down to you just so you can see it and I can feel that warm air again hahaha....We've been getting hammered with snow storms, each one producing no less that about 15inches. First big one drop 3 friggen feet of snow on us...

I went up North about a week and half ago, 115 miles to North Conway NH in the middle of a snow storm. They haven't gotten as much as I have but it's the only snow picture I got from the stretch of storms we've been getting. As an FYI the first stop was here at a bar for drinks with my girlfriend.

I miss the snow I sure don't miss the nasty salt mix they use to de-ice the roads though

Have done nothing to the Bronco since winter started up. I have it stored in a portable garage.

Interesting thing............I help out the fellow that owns the local wrecker. Only open spring till snow flies. He has a pretty nice 79 supercab on a regular cab frame. Powered by a 429. As you can see in the picture the paint is good, actually never seen the light of day. It basically just needs interior and a few odds and ends.

I have been trying to talk him out of the truck for a while now (more out of fun than anything. No way I could afford to buy it). I stop and chat with him and he says to me I have been thinking about a trade. Only problem is my Bronco is the main focus for him. I said Bronco is not in play.

I really do like the truck though.

My soon to be rear bumper. I was told it came off a Semi, but it looks more like the front bumpers of the cement trucks around here. Not sure how the bumper didn't rust at all but the 1 1/2" pins are so corroded. I think its time to revive my build thread.

Okay, I am done in. I had to get towed home by an S10 thing.
The Bronk let me down. (Not it was my fault). We will never be
the same again. If I can find my Bronco thread I will tell the
story there. Stupid. Expensive. I am sic.

Ok, pop quiz for all the married Bronco fans out there.
My wife told me three weeks ago that I never seem to work on the Bronco project so I should just sell it.
I took up her challenge and have worked on it for two of my last three days off and done things that she can see so she "see's" the progress. I'm working on the new bumpers and put the driver front fender back on.
Last night she complained about me not spending time with her and always being in the garage.
How do I win this argument, or at least not completely lose?

Involve her in the work? I'm not married but when I was wrenching on my old F-100 I had my (ex) girlfriend help out. Turns out she was pretty good with body work

Hang a near nude pic of her sister in the shop. See how
long it takes her to see it and comment. It should give you
time to come up with some cool thing to say.

Oh, and get her name off your bank account first thing.

First of all you are going about this in the wrong way. You NEVER argue with a woman. You just say "yes Baby" Then go ahead and do what you want to anyhow.
