Turbonetics high flow turbo outlet?

I have the high flow outlet and I would like to install it. Can it be installed with the ebv pedistal still installed? Will it hurt not having the piston not connected to the outlet valve? Should I leave the electrical plug going to it or should I pull the plug? Does anyone know the torque specs for the bolts holding it on the turbo? Thanks for any info.

Unplug the plug, Leave the rod hanging. No issues.

I just installed the Garrett high flow outlet with delete pedastal - Torque spec is 200 inch lbs. or app. 17 ft. lbs. - Supposed to use new bolts on this as well according to Garrett.

I used new bolts when I put my 39R on less than a year ago. Hopefully I can reuse them and it will be ok until I get time to do the EBP delete pedistal. Thanks for the info.

If all goes well I have to do a waterpump or my ball joints on Sunday. I have lots of parts ready to go.
