Howdy gang! Thank you all for the positive comments on the pictures. It was a lot of fun and I really am a lucky guy.

Jon, despite how awesome it was riding on the beach, mine and Jodi's favorite kind of riding is still mountain trail type stuff - although I've never done anything as rugged as what you typically do.

Nice pics Gerry. I have had to increase the frequency of laundry duties recently, and synthetic or real are unimportant to me.

Time to make perfume. I'll check back in later on. Have a great evening!

We threw in a garage module and a bunch of gravel at my buddies place today. Man they make stuff too easy these days. Just throw the garage in and done. Wasn't even hard.....

Life is pretty great. No date set yet, but will get deeper into planning after the first of the year. Need to list and sell my current home and find a place nearer her, with at least 10 acres and a decent home, before setting a date. Wouldn't make much sense to get married and live 70 miles apart.

Garage project looks like fun Darren - especially the beer and heavy machinery!

Yes, she will stay where she is. It makes more sense for me to extend my commute, than for her to go anywhere too far away from where she already lives and works. Besides, that also gets me an hour closer to my brother, SIL and nephews. I'm not crazy about extending my commute, but the rest of the benefits outweigh the extra distance. To accomplish all of my goals, my options for location are very limited, and my commute will double at the very minimum.
