Dim Sum - Sometimes I feel the same way about my 2011 too. I hope Roy gets 18-20 in his Dually.
According to Fuelly I bet it is around 14 though. And that site doesn't sort out DRW vs. SRW...
I back into the 11s but I am idling and taking short trips, so I can't compare. I also can't compare much any more because of having to be in 4WD now. I never had long, winter, in the snow driving with the 2011.
Roy what did you get in your SRW 2011? You will have to let DS Steve and myself know how the 2015 compares.

Roy and Dak, I am getting 15-16.2 consistently around home and a few place I drive about 40 miles away in my dually. I haven't been over 60 miles in it without one of the campers being hooked to it. I am really anxious to see what others get in theirs when empty. I am also very anxious for Roy to get his and see if it meets all of his expectations. I can't imagine it not doing so! I would love a '15 with the new turbo, but it would cost me a LOT with the attorneys..

BTW - No one told me about the smoke screen you throw when you start a regen in cold weather... My trucks GPS is connected to the REGEN sub routine. When I won't be going steady on the highway and/or I am close to home a REGEN starts. And as soon as it starts I end up stopping at a red light and creating lots and lots of fog/steam. It has also created ICE in my driveway by heating up the snow and causing it to melt and run down the driveway to freeze up again.
I've been to create my own fog bank and weather advisory in the truck. (just kidding, but probably not too far from the truth)

Mileage with my 2011 F-350 3.55 SRW......
Around here there is a bunch of up and down....Hilly and then of course the Big hills.....Rockies.
What I observed; Wind was a big factor. Speed was a big factor.
60mph, no wind, a little up & down = 19 - 20+ open road empty.
65mph towing 17.5K - 18K lbs = 8.8 - 9.8 hills and wind making a difference.
I tend not to be light on the Go Pedal.

Time to catch up.....starting at post twenty nine thousand something....
Bill - Cute nap pic!
Roy - Belated Happy Birthday!! I do hope it gets here soon.
Dak - Happy Birthday ! I told my wife I was getting her a piece of exercise equipment for Christmas......I sure hope she likes her new vacuum cleaner.
Andre - Cool sled pics. You get up at 2AM, drive an hour and a half, get to your stand....and see nothing. BTDT The floor of the trailer looks nice! First chair, that's awesomeness! I hope you are feeling better.
Steve - Sorry to hear about your wife's grandmother. Good luck with the move.
Doug - Nice pics of the truck, bird and sound system. Pulling trees with the truck sounds like fun.
Monty - I like the deer camp pics!
Gerry - Thanks for the Daytona pics. Those were some nice bodies.
Chad - Congrats on getting that buck!
Sam - Can't get enough pics of your truck. I like the fuel filler in the bed, I'm gonna half to do something like that to my '71.
Tim - Looks like you're making progress on the Bronco.
Steve (Dim Sum) - I love the pic of the steam engine with the smoke/steam up in the rafters, well done! Sounds like you had a nice time.
Darren - Cool pics of the trip! Have fun at the Christmas party.
Iowa Tim - Nice plow. Your shop is soooooo nice....I am just a tad bit jealous. Dude, I don't remember you mentioning you had a silver and a white SD, wow! Your '84 looks looks great too!
Chuck - Where does your scrap come from? I can't wait to see what the '16 SD looks like, but I would wait until the '17's are available. I'm not going to get the first year of a new truck again.
Brett - Well said, once the truck leaves the plant there's not much they can do about shipping issues.
Pat - Sorry to hear about the issues with your Chebby. Pics of your labs please.
Off to beer camp.

That's nearly identical to what I get with my 11 , 350.
