I'm not any better. I already ordered a bunch of stuff for the sleds and the trailer. It will likely show up before the third sled

Roy, glad you, Dak and Darren will get to hang out soon. I still think your wife will be breaking in the JGG while you're still between home and Alaska. Maybe she can install your new bumpers though.

Players Steve, that project looks like it stopped being fun a while back. Glad you got it running again for him.

Sgt Steve, I finally tried smoked pizza. All I can say is "YUM!!"

Darren, when does the cargo box full of playground equipment set sail, and when do you head to Africa to put it back together?

Well Doug, A bit of a change of plans.
Apparently, we are taking 2 playgrounds now but I am not sure of all the details yet, another one got donated recently. Boss lady is heading to Africa next week, should know more when she gets back. But it looks like the Spring 2015 trip is off for me, they are building another house and have lots of help. They may push the playgrounds off until fall 2015 trip or maybe even spring 2016. (Boss lady take a crew over twice a year). I am not going until the park(s) go so I am safe for a while. I really don't want to go. I will probably die in that heat but it seems the boss lady is willing to take that risk.....

Smoked pizza looks REALLY YUMMMMM

Afternoon all, forgot how much the Mortgage process sucks. The amount of info they need is unreal. It's probably easier to get on a Presidential security detail Ror. All is looking good so far though. Thanks for the thoughts all.

Doug, pizza via wood fired grill is amazing. I do mine at around 475-500 degrees and it takes about 10 minutes tops, turning once, for a thin crust to be done. Chicago style is another story.

Walked outside any my King Ranch color was turned from Tri Platinum white, to a ruby red color. It appears the birds in the neighborhood are deep into some berries... A quick run to the wash has her looking great again Ror.

Weather is wonderful here today. Going to grill some burgers, drink some beer, and play bags with the family. Have a great weeked all.

Driveway looks fantastic Gerry! I need to do mine eventually, what was your deciding reasons to do the pavers vs stamped concrete? I'm concerned about frost heaves and the pavers staying level with my truck parked on them.
Now to order a pizza......... .

Stamped 'crete is rare up here, it wont last cus of the cold & its very hard to repair......... unless its a heated slab
after seeing the cracks in my new garage floor I wasn't taking any more chance with 'crete,
plus I think the stone has more character <<<< like me ...

Have a great wknd boys

Gerry, that is a perfect example of those "puppy dog eyes"...how can you refuse that!
I bet he's glad things are getting back to normal with the construction process and all.

Good point on repairing it, that would be impossible to match. Most likely I'll do boring regular concrete, as the local company's mix is holding up well where I already did for parking the fiver. I have a lot more driveway as well, pavers would cost more than my truck.......
