OP is in South Africa. His F250 is Brazillian made if this info is correct, and has an in-line 4.2 liter SOHC 2 valve TDI engine.

I would imagine there is a fuel pump in the tank. Look in the fuse block for a fuse or breaker labeled "Fuel pump".
Other than a Ford dealer, not sure where else to send the OP. Good luck with it.

Saw the name and immediatly thought must be a fellow countrymen. Logic would suggest to the new user the obvious place to post a question about your truck would be here. But this particular thread is about the 4.4 V8 Ford woudve built for the F150 but it found home in the Landrover Rangerover. Anyway i think through this post to the Aussie guys in the international section as our American friends never got the MWM 4.2 strait 6 diesel. (They got them V8 diesels damm!!!)
Stick to this forum , i have an old school '72 F250 with Cleveland V8 and got plenty of advice here.
