TDC and rotor direction

Maybe an odd question, but I need to know the approximate position of the rotor at TDC, (pointing) in the dizzy when the HB is at 0 degrees TDC.. just want to be sure everything is correct yaknow?
I marked everything with a sharpie..
also the dizzy was so dirty I can't really recall how far the rubber seal went down in the hole?

thanks in advance
