My neighbors 66 F100

I been workin on my neighbors 66 ford for a few days and boy was it rusty!! I aint the best body man and this is a farm truck... Heres some rust patchin I been doin.

I don't like asking dumb questions, but is that just sheet metal or is it part of another hood? That looks like pretty good work.

Thanks!! Ive seen people toss entire trucks cause they had a little rust!! I saw a 64 f100 at the junk yard was freshly painted gold and no rust. Looked like a family members project that they were workin on and couldent finish or passed away. Anyways they put it in the crusher while I was there and I took my hat off to that truck, its a shame. If it can be fixed I would much rather fix it than buy it. The window regulator went out on my neighbors truck so I took it out and welded new metal in for the gear teeth. Took a file and made new teeth, works great and saved some $$$.

awesome work man.....a uni got crushed right when i showed up to the scrappers the other day i literally cried only thing wrong was motor flooded because the carb hadnt been rebuilt since the 80s people are just so retarded thanks for saving your neighbors slick

I love to save these old trucks. Its what i do.

Ill have more pics up when the heat breaks, its 105 here in ohio today... Its hot in the miami valley!!
