I just had the new Gold Series remote starter/alarm with Powercode technology installed in my 03 Expy and now when I use the door keypad to open the truck, the alarm goes off. Is this normal??

Prior posts I've read claimed the new alarms integrate with the keypad for arming/disarming, but this doesn't appear to be the case for me right now. I had a System 4 alarm on my 02 Explorer which I had no problem disarming and entering the truck via the keypad as well as arming using the 7/8,9/0 keys.......

Any Ideas??? Did they misswire something during the install or am I SOL using the keypad at this point??
