48-50 F3 measurements needed

I have a dealer locating me a dana 60 to swap into my 49 F3 but he wants some measurements. As I'm bouncing around on an oil rig at the moment I can't really do it. Can someone please tell me the centre to centre measurement of the spring perches and the distance between the faces of the brake drums (where the wheel bolts to).

Truckdog gave me some measurement for his 52 a while back, is it the same?

Thanks.

Excellent, thanks Ilya. I still need the drum face to drum face though if anyone has that measurement.

If nobody else has an axle that'd be easy to take your measurement from, I'll be home from Iola on Sunday and will post it. Stu

The drum face to drum face, or WMS to WMS, on my '52 is 63.25". I know that the axle housings on the '48 to early '51s (having the 14" drums) are slightly narrower. Whether the earlier brake hardware on them is slightly wider and makes up the difference I can't say until I get the rear axle pulled from my p.o.s. '50. Honestly, though, the 63.25" measurement is gonna be a good working figure to use in sizing a Dana 60. Stu
