How many miles and any major repairs?

2004 F150
2004 F150 Screw 4x4 Lariat 140,000 miles.
Replaced right IWE.
Front rotors and pads.
Rear Shocks.
1 Backup warning sensor wire plug.
Right Front Ball Joint.
Shifter Solenoid because cruise controll wasn't working.
Needs cam phasers or VCT sensors replaced, plugs replaced, and possibly right front control arm and tierod ends replaced.
