oil pan plug

Can anyone recommend an oil pan for a 390 that has the plug located on the right rear corner, so the oil does not run all over the axle. I have a 76 F-250 4x4. I have looked at summits site. They are to deep or the plug is on the left rear corner. I would rather avoid moving/modifying the pan plug if at all possible.

Whoa...That'd be alot of work for very little return..... Get one of these with the nipple (Formerly known as a Fumoto valve): QuickOilDrainValve.com

With a 4x4, I recommend drilling the lever and safety wiring it so it doesn't inadvertently open at an inopportune (and expensive!) time.

I'm gonna be installing one on my 2WD bump cuz the stupid drain is right over the front crossmember... I'd like to punch the Ford engineer responsible for that retarded design.

Thats perfect thank you. I see that a hose can be added to the top one. Putting the oil in the waste pan rather, than the top of the axle.

HIO Silver... That's a great add on to my F-150 2wd with a 400. It'll save a lot of clean up after oil changes. Now instead of a 2 hour oil change and cleanup it could be just 20 mins. Thanks, Popa John

AAAARRRGGGGHHH! Just changed my oil, wiped down the crossmember thingy and laid down cat litter for the oil I spilled. Guess I'll be ready next time! I opted to put in RotellaT 15-40 and not use the zinc additive.
