If you are just looking to keep the truck level when it is loaded go the the Firestone Ride-Rites. i had them on my 2006 F-250 and now I have them on my 92 F250. Really easy to install with a no-drill kit. I definately recommend getting an onboard air compressor kit and in-cab gages.

It sounds more like you are looking for a full replacement air bag kit rather than just a load leveling bag correct? I'm getting this from the fact that you mention you want to drop it down to load it.
We don't offer any kits like this for trucks, we only offer the leveling variety. You would need a kit that for the most part completely eliminates the entire leaf pack and replaces it with a bag and typically a 4-link suspension. There are a couple of companies that offer products like this, the first one to mind is Kelderman. If you search for them on here you will probably find some other brands as well.
Firestone recently introduced a kit that is somewhat of a hybrid, but I believe it only works for the newer generation Super Duties.

Depending on your fabrication skills you could always build it yourself. Run a parallel or triangulated 4-link with bags over the axle.
If you wanted to go that route there would clearly need to be an extensive amount of research. Not sure how much of this level of fab information can be found on this forum. Besides this site I would suggest you look at pirate4x4. I know they have extensive tech articles on properly designing, building, and setting up a 4-link.
The other resort would be a custom shop if you can't find a kit or want to make something.
