As long as you convert it to a truck oil pan and pick up and truck exhaust manifolds, it'll fit like it came in there. Cars have a front sump oil pan and trucks have a rear sump. Also, the passenger side exhaust manifold on the car sticks out too far and you either have to replace it with a truck version, or cut the frame so the pipe will fit. (I suggest getting the truck manifold)

I don't know, my manifolds came out if a continental and I didn't have to cut the frame. My engine mounts are a little higher than stock though, so that may be why.
X2 on the pan sump swap and get the TRUCK exhaust manifolds, as me how I KNOW, the PO did not do either, just torch notch the passenger side top frame rail IDIOTOT.
And added FRONT blocks to the wore out HB springs AFTER he hit the pumpkin on the pan.
I have a set of Hedeman frendewell exits on another truck, pretty cheap and the rest of the exhaust is a snap.
When in the JY looking for truck exhaust manifolds the 460 only came out in 2wd truck in 73-79.....you can see a longer difference where they exit further back than the car one's.
my 77 has hedman ceramic coated fenderwell exit headers... LOVE them! personally, thats the only way to go as far as headers, but trying to get around a certain rule for a certain class of truck pulls. thats y i ask.
