another request

Also once the numbers are decoded, could some one tell me what the GCWR or the Max gooseneck trailering capacity is. Or both, Thanks, hopefully number dummy will help me here. I think with the GCWR I can calculate what the trailering capacity would be once I weigh the truck "wet and loaded". I think the GCWR will be the limiting factor since the GVWR is 20200 lbs. Even if the truck weighs 14000 lbs (Which I doubt) that would still leave 6200 available in tongue weight. That would be a really heavy trailer. so I think the GCVR is what I really need, Does this sound correct or is my thinking all wrong?

Thanks,

Sorry

Bill,

Sorry, you are correct, the N should not be there at all. the rest of it is confusing to me because it seems jumbled on the tag. But the best I can tell:

9E = Exterior
WB= 153
TYPE-GVW = F60202
body= BA8
Trans= CB
AXLE=GCV

It is all pushed together and not lined up well on the tag but I am pretty sure that is correct. Did Ford publish the GCWR for this particular truck?

Again sorry and Thanks,

Thank you

Thank you Bill! That's wierd that there is an extra 02 in the numbers of this truck, I wonder if it was a typo or something? I've tried to include a picture of the tag with this post but I can't figure out how to get it done. Anyway, I've got what I needed. Thanks again.

P.S. Does anyone out there know what the GCWR of this 1989 F600 is???
