RePro Rocker panels
The centers of my rocker panels were completely rusted out and i ordered the reproduction panels from NPD (Part No. F-010128-3 for those with the NPD catalog) and im not to happy with the fit. The lip that goes under the step plate/ running board is nothing close to the factory fit. The gap between that lip and the bottom of the door on the factory panels are about half of the gap thats there with the repros.
Does anyone know of panels that fit better? I really dont want to have to cut and modify the reproductions to get them to fit if i dont have too.

How handy are you with a sawsall? You could find another truck (see myriad applications), cut them off, weld on yours.

I believe the panels said they were made by DC. Alld of the pictures I have see of these panels look the same as the reproductions dont have a slight notch at the front end to go behind the front fender whereas the originals did. The only ones that did have the notch were the ones listed in my NPD catalog and when I received them they didnt.
I'm thinking I'm just gonna have to cut the lip, cut a slight bit off and then re weld it back on to close that gap

So i ordered an individual "rocker panel" from NPD and it came in yesterday, IT WAS EVEN WORSE! it was probably the worst repro part ive bought so it quickly went back to NPD. Im going to have to shop around and see who sells the ones that came in a pair individually seeing as i already have one good one. Luckily NPD accepted the return with no problems
