What fluids should I change at 70k miles?

Howdy guys. My truck just crossed the 68k mile mark a few weeks back and I started thinking I needed to get some fluids changed in the truck. I think it is recommended to change out a couple different ones at 60k or so right? Well I'm a little passed that, but better late than never I suppose. I need to change the oil and filter anyway so I figured I get some others changed at the same time. Which ones should I be getting changed at this mile mark? Brake, tranny, fuel filter, headlamp fluid ? Recommend some brands, part number, etc if you can as well. Do you guys recommend letting the dealer do these things or can your typical shop do these without too much worry of having them screw up? Also, I need to get the tires rotated. How do you guys typically get yours rotated? X-pattern, front to back, etc?

Feel free to throw more info at me. I am young and still learning all this .
Thanks guys!

And for an added bonus, here's an owner's manual (4th printing): http://www.motorcraftservice.com/pub.../06f12og4e.pdf

At 82,000 miles on my old 2004, I had the coolant replaced and the rear end fluid replaced with royal purple. Prior to that, I changed my transmission fluid every 30,000 miles up to the day I got rid of it at 110,000.

Thanks Shotgunz, those worked and that was very helpful. According to that, the only things I need to change are my oil and filter (obviously) and then just a fuel filter. Everything else just says "inspect" this and that. I swear I remember more stuff being replaced at 60k but maybe I am just crazy .

Any suggestion on how to rotate the tires?

I believe the preferred tire rotation is also in the owner's manual.

Yeah - there's a wealth of frequently undiscovered information in most owner's manuals (not just vehicles)...
