Ive been so lazy lately and i finally kicked my **** in gear and pulled the tarp off my shorty

Ive been acquiring parts since i was 17 (20 now) and so far in the works is 6 inch lift, 8 lug hp44 with 4.10 gears, matching dana 60 with an lsd, 5 matching 35 inch bfg a/ts, 15x10 8 lug wagon wheels. Shackle flip kit, and a couple 205 tcases. Along with little stuff like a 79 grille shell and other odds and ends. But now for the fun part...putting it together!

My work schedule is rediculous so i dont have a whole lotta time in the afternoons. Gotta love driving a truck! But today i got my front end tore down, blasted, painted, and ready for the gear swap

Hopefully for the rest of the week i can get my crossmember mounted along with my new drop RA brackets. Ill be sure to post more pictures

I got some progress made today finally, made an appointment with my neighbor to prime my front clip and doors.

Is that paint code S?

 

Finally made a little bit of progress with my non existant free time. I got the front clip off along and everything removed for blasting and paint

Also finished the shackle flip with skys kit

When i get paid again im ordering the rest of my front axle parts so i can swap the 4.10s. So, stay tuned!
