CTS Insight FP 100psi??
Mine has run at 64.5 since the blue spring upgrade and now all of a sudden i noticed it at 100.0 and not fluctuating at all at wot. truck seems to be running fine. i unplugged the sensor from the Strictly Diesel adapter and it still has a reading of 74-79 but doesn't seem to fluxuate with the throttle so i can't believe that it represents an accurate FP. what the heck is going on?

On the line coming out of the regulator.... is the fitting and line facing down and is the sending unit lower than the regulator? I was told that if you can do it this way it will ensure all the trapped air bubbles in the line return to the fuel filter bowl and it doesn't mess around with your fuel pressure readings down the road.
Otherwise, I would say hook up a mechanical gauge to the line and check the fuel pressure..... if it's good on the mechanical gauge you will know it's the electric sending unit that's pooched.

I bet that fixes ya up good! I just installed my Edge Insight CTS with EGT and Fuel Pressure Sending Unit about 30 minutes ago.... just got back from taking it for a drive and it is all 100%.
I like how you can also set perimeters on this thing so it can send you an advanced warning before crap goes bad.
- I have a warning set for my FICM, to alert me if it ever goes below 45 volts
- I have the EGT warning set to 1200 degrees
- I have a fuel pressure warning set for anything lower than 50psi
lol.... I'm still setting stuff up on this thing and I love it! I'm going to get the reverse camera too to help me hook up to my travel trailer. My wifes guidance instructions are less than par and this should help immensely! I think you're going to like it as much as I do!

Berick, let us know how you like the camera. I have been giving thought to that since i installed my system last fall. I have been very pleased with it overall and hope this latest mishap is not commonplace. It took a little while to get this thing updated but they tell me when the new sensor arrives that I should be good to go. Yeah, no doubt, I have been very comforted in all that I can monitor.
