Short bed or long bed?

Short bed or long bed? Your opinion, and why?!

Personally, Ive always liked shortbeds for the look, but lately I have taken a liking to long beds. I want to know your guys' thoughts.

I like the look of shortbeds as well but for a practical work truck I like the ride and the room of a longbed.

Long bed for me. Holds more wood, hay, and anything else.

I agree with the look of a shortbed but the long bed is growing on me as well. I am actually looking at a 96 f150 long bed right now and im not going to use it much for work related stuff.

The average person is never going to utilize all of the available space on these model short beds.

I wouldn't over look an otherwise nice truck because of its bed configuration.

Hahaha yeah. I agree. I think I'll go check out the longbed. It all seems personal preference.

I like the look of a shortbed, but with a long bed; you can have your tool box and still drive your fourwheeler in the bed and have enough room to close the tailgate.

However I would drive either, but PERSONALLY I would not like the drive a supercab longbed. I have a hard enough time getting my supercab shortbed in these compact parking spots.

Personally I like long beds, I've only had one short bed and I hated it.
