speed compensated volume control

I have a 2009 Ford Escape. I was wondering if I could re-Program or there was a component that could be added to have the speed compensated volume control. It is a XLT package w/o the feature.

Is there a way to get that on the vehicle?

AFAIK, that's part of the radio, not an add-on. Soooo, new radio time for that feature methinks...
