1948-50 patch panels

I currently have a cab in the Classifieds section, thats getting no love.
She really is too solid to chop up, but I need a few patch panels.
If I do go ahead and axe her, does anyone need anything from it?

I feel your pain. I, too, have one to sell, but haven't had any interest. When I see all the ones people are trying to save with floors and corners and firewalls gone, windshield openings and headers deteriorated, hinge pillars waiving in the breeze, to trash one that nice just seems wrong. But if no one wants them, what's a father to do?

I have the perfect way for you to find someone needing parts from this cab. Go ahead and chop it up, take all the extra pieces to the scrap yard and I'll guarantee some one a week later will pop up here and ask about the exact parts you just scrapped. It has happened to me a few times. Recently I posted about the panel truck I just scrapped. I wanted to give away the parts that no one really wants but there is always some one looking for a part no one reproduces. I had a few takers, which I was happy about, but 3-4 weeks after scrapping the truck I got an email from a guy with really bad back inner fender tubs. The truck I scrapped had pretty solid pieces, a lot better than the emailer's. I would have been a lot happier giving the parts away than getting 50¢ scrap for them but you just can't hand on to all that stuff.
