Truck leans to one side

I have a F250 heavy duty that has a lift on it(was on before I purchased truck). The aftermarket shocks are bilstein, not sure which model. The truck leans to the right a bit and at first thought it was tire pressure but checked that and it wasnt it. Finally i noticed that the rod/shaft of the right front side shock was shorter than the left by a cpl inches when sitting still. I am sure that this is causing the lean. However my question is how do I adjust it? Is it a leak or seal issue etc. Also the shock is a resovior type shock. thanks in advance

Shocks wouldn't affect the stance of the truck. Shocks only stop the truck from bouncing. First thing I'd look for after the tire pressure would be a broken spring.

That's the problem with my 77... just being a ½ broken spring out of the stack makes it lean horrible
