When I found these things, there was a bizarre and scattered series of filenames for them. Just a hunch, but I't bet if the publishers of this material were to search the web for the filenames - they'd find the files and maybe ask that their copyrighted material be removed. This method will assure the list will stay up longer than normal - or I could be a paranoid mega-geek that has no sense of what people care about.
