93 needs an engine

hey guys, new to this site, was wondering if i can put a 302 long block from a 77 model into my 93, which had a 302 until previous owner "cooked" it. i know the 77 was carbuerated, and the 93 is efi, but will the long block bolt in and work? thanks

The heads are different and there isn't the bung in the top of the block for the knock sensor. Why not just rebuild the motor from the '93?
