99 f150 4.2 v6 with 224,000
Hey,
I own a 1999 f150 sport with 224,000 miles on it and i think that it is time for a tune up!
Do you guys have any suggestions as to what i can do?
Also, from about 1/2 tank to just below the quarter tank mark i get about maybe 150 miles... does that sound right or do you guys get better gas milage?

WOW!!! I have 91000 on my E-150 4.2 V-6 work van. I am hoping for those mileage numbers. I have had virtually no problems with it so far and have had the routine maintenance done on it i.e cooling system flushes, tranny flushes oil changes. I have read alot of BAD things about this motor and just hoping for long life. What are your tricks to long mileage and long life?
