anyone do the weekend cruise shows?
I'm frequently at the Chilly Bombers cruise night at 51st Ave & Bell on Friday nights and either Mexteca at 67th Ave & Bell or 83rd & lake pleasant on Saturday nights. Wondering if other members here also go to these or others in the north or west valley? Heck, I might even mosey on over to the Pavilions occasionally if i knew others who might be there

Those type of shows are fun. We use to go to a cruise show on the weekends that were at different McDonald's in Las Vegas back in the early 2000s. The Oldies Station would announce where they would be every weekend throughout the summer. Saw a lot of nice cars & met a lot of nice people. We had the chance to buy a 1964 AMC Rebel 289 AMC with a factory 4 speed for $2000 we passed & I still kick myself. You don't see many of AMCs muscle cars. I saw a 64 Studebaker Lark with an R-4 package once. They would beat or run with the Z28 Camaros & Mustang GTs of those days.

I make it up to Chilly Bombers some on Fridays. Daddy-O's at 43rd & T-Bird is doing a show on Saturday nights now.
I have some parts in the chrome shop right now and one of them is the bracket that holds the top of the radiator in place so my truck is out of service right now.
The F100 Western Nationals is coming up really quick in California so I need to get all this stuff done.
I will be back at Chilly Bombers once it cools off again.
