I have a 88 that I'm 90% sure the fuel pump is out in the front tank, so I have to use the rear. Everytime I switch to the front tank it shuts down after a few blocks. So I've been using the rear which works fine to get me by until I have the time and money to fix the front. The big problem I'm having is for some reason it's pulling gas out of the back tank into the front and I'll park and get out and smell gas and when I remove the cap off the front tank a good amount of gas pours out and I have to get a hose and gas can and drain out the front tank a bit and put it back in the back tank about once a week. As gas does not taste good nor is healthy for you I would like some extra opinions and advice to get this taken care of asap please and thank you.
