Purchased a ScanGauge and put it into my F250. Programmed the XGauge to read a few of the parameters.
The EOT does not provide a reading.
The EGR position reads "0"
and a couple other values didn't register either (don't remember off the top of my head which).

Just looking for thoughts, is this a truck or ScanGauge problem? (Before someone says "User problem" , I verified that my input numbers were correct.) I had also planned on asking what values I should be looking for but Rusty listed those in another thread--THANKS!

Depending on the year of your 250. My 04 doesn't read the egr numbers either.

As far as EOT? Maybe a bad sensor. But, I would still check your entries again.

 

Might want to double check initial set- up where you put in engine size/ type etc. Diesel "A" worked for me on the A-B part IIRC.
