NEED HELP WITH 05 F150...Don't know what to do next

Brand new to the forum and a "learning as I go" mechanic. I got an 05 ford f150 2wd 5.4l/3v from my dad that had issues when I got it. Runs rough at idle, misses on #5 cylinder now. 4 mos ago I had codes indicating misfires on all of bank 2. I replaced the replaced plugs and cop for all of bank 2 and plugs for all eight cylinders. I Then, took it to a reputable mechanic who replaced VCT solenoid on bank 2 and that got 6 and 8 up and running. Then replaced cam phaser. That brought 7 back to life. He kept the truck for a while and I appreciated his determination to correct the issues. He was fair on the price. I got it back after he could not get #5 back. He swapped injectors around. No issues with the injectors. Any assistance anyone could give would be appreciated.

Did you try switching the COP on #5 with another cylinder to see if the misfire moves? Could be the "new" coil is bad, could be a wiring problem between the coil and computer, or could be the old coil shorted out and cooked the computer.

Check out this video, lots of good information. You probably don't have a scope but maybe you can use this information in some way.
