I pulled up to the dealership a couple weeks ago to grab an ICP sensor from the parts dept. When I went back out there were two salesmen out there looking at my SD like a couple creepers. I may have led them on a bit. When I walked up, they almost immediately asked me if I wanted to sell the truck, they could get me a good price, a new truck, blah, blah, blah... I told them I had been looking at new trucks for awhile. We took test drives in a 6.7 Platinum, a Mustang GT 6 speed, and an ecoboost F-150 Platinum. I told them my truck outruns all of them and will run longer, so I'm gonna keep it. I just wanted to drive a few new vehicles and I was bored, challenge completed. Lol

 

Travis I do that sometimes when I get bored.

FWIW skyline will not let you test drive a GTR. Lol

I seen a fleet of cops chasing a mustang one time. Turned out he was on a test drive but ended up steeling it. But he must of forgot he left his drivers license at the dealership. Aaron may remember that one.

Lol! I doubt it!! I know a chick that works down at the Lexus dealership. I went down there once because she told me they had a Lexus LFA sitting there and I wanted to see it being that I've never seen one except on TV. They won't let anyone so much as sit in it without running checks to ensure you can pay for it. They don't even let her sit in it. Haa!!! Those things are over $300k if some of y'all didn't know.

I did try to get a test drive in a GT500 once and they wouldn't go for it. They did start it and let me sit in it though.

 

All it takes is grey hair and they will let you drive whatever you want! LOL

300 miles of head winds today, EGT at 1200-1300 all day.

Its that time of the year Bill to head home. Like I told someone else, sometimes I think I've taken on to much weight. Yesterday was a nightmare but to make it you have to run the crap out of it JP. About a half dozen times I was down to 40 mph in 2nd at 3300 rpm. Today, they are actually saying east winds across WY, I'll believe it when I see it. When it comes to wind, I seem to have bad luck.
