the interesting thing about the ground hawgs is that they last forever.
new tires you may get around 10 years out of before the blow out from dry rot cracking.
i know of 4 sets of 44 inch ground hawgs that were put on the trucks 30+ years ago, and are still in close to perfect shape.
these are on dedicated off road construction rigs that have never been registered for on road use.

That's nice Bill. Have a merry Christmas

How hard was the R&P on the edge? I have a blown boot on the rack in my car, and it's probably going to need done soon. Slow PS leak from the boot, and a whining noise when I turn the wheel. It's always something isn't it!
Struggling with that myself, Bill. My mojo just isn't what it should be today. Everybody under my roof has been under the weather in one way or another the last week or so. It's sunny and a high near 40 today though, so I'm making mental preparations to head outside and get a few things done after some lunch. I hate to miss an opportunity like this, regardless of how I am feeling, we don't get them all that often this time of the year.
I hear you on that, Nate. It's heading to the 40's and sunny here too, and I want to try and get a few things caught up outside as well. Also would like to wash out the bed for the half-ton that needs swapped out yet and get it ready for a DIY bedliner application.
If the local scrapyard were open, I'd take the old bed off the half-ton and haul it away, but alas, no such luck. They gave their guys the extra day off today.
