How did you go about painting the underside? It looks great. I tried that a while ago and wasn't too satisfied with the results. I didn't do much prep though, and I live on dirt roads so it gets dirty super fast unless I drive 5mph.. (which I usually do now because its only like 1 mile of dirt roads to my driveway). I want to paint it again, maybe use so "sound dampening" paint stuff and see if it works.
I'll probably do that sometime soon then too. I used Simple Green for a little bit, but started to get bored so I just started painting. The paints not falling off.. it just gets dirty so fast with my roads.. Yours looks great though!
I would love to paint my frame, but on top of the rust i got the original frame protective liner that for put on. Or about 1/5 if an inch of grimy crap... I would need a chisel to get it off, plus not having a nice car lift makes me not really want to do it...
