1996 F250 headlights issue

I bought the truck a couple weeks ago. It had some front end damage, left signal light busted, left headlight mounts busted, and the header panel busted. The lights are aftermarket projection lights, Sonar. I bought all the replacement parts and replaced it all today. But, there are three small lights on the side of the headlights that did not work originally. When I removed them I realized they were never wired to anything. The new lights have these same ones, and I'm wondering how to wire them. They have a white wire and black wire. I understand to ground the black wire, but where do I tie in the white wire? Should these be on with the headlights, or drive lights, or both? Here is a picture of the lights:

Second issue, all the lights work, but I do not have drive lights. I pull the light switch out, everything works, but when I push it half way in, and should have drive lights minus the headlights, nothing works. I'm assuming the issue is at the switch on the dash, is this the likely issue?

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Do your tail lights light up with the **** pulled out one notch? If not then check the fuse for the park lights. I'd tie those 3 little lights into the park lights.

Thanks for the suggestion, I agree on tieing them into the drive lights. I checked, and no, the tail lights do not come on. I'll start looking at fues, thanks for the advice.

Ok, so I checked the fuse panel and found every fuse was good except #4 which as missing and the slot was melted. You couldn't put a fuse back in there if you wanted. For fuse #4 it says "warning buzzers/chime module, exterior lamps, instrument illumination, trailer exterior lamp relay". The intruments illuminate, so someone did a work around. What do I do next? Can I locate the light wires behind the fuse panel and install a inline fuse? how would I determine what wires are for the "exterior lamps"?

I would pull the fuse panel out if you can without disconnecting any wires. Then check if there are any modified wires in the back. If you want to fix it right, this may sound crazy but label all the wires going into the fuse block with tape or something, then get a new one from a junk yard and swap them... Just make sure it's all hooked back up properly(reason for labeling). That's what I would do. I am a picky person when it comes to my truck...

Here is a link on how to diss assemble the fuse block:

But if you want to try and fix it here is a wiring diagram:

Thanks, I may have to give that a shot.
