I have a 77 highboy with Full time 4wd and Im looking to get a set of lockout hubs. Tried to find some info on the past threads but didnt find anything really detailed. Is there anything that I need to look out for when replacing these or is it just a normal switch out? Any suggestions on a good brand to pick up, or can you find OEM lockouts that work just as good? Thanks in advance.

 

i honestly dont know if it is a simple hub swap or not. might be. i can tell you that i have warn hubs on my dually and mile markers on my highboy. i really like the mile markers, they work great. never had any issues with them been smooth as new for a couple a three years or so. my warns rarely get used so i cant comment on them.

Ok thanks! Just trying to get an idea of what I may be looking at. All signs point to it being a rather routine switch. First time highboy owner so I just wanted to check with everyone.
